CHAMPIONS Camps — SIX PILLARS.
A One Journey That Changes Everything.
This is not a tour. Every sacred site has a lesson. Every day has a purpose. Every challenge is intentional. You’ll walk where the Prophet ﷺ walked, think what he thought, and come home knowing exactly who you’re called to be.
IDENTITY
Know your ‘True North’ before any title — like Al-Amin, the Trustworthy.
CHARACTER
Lead with humility and justice — the lesson of the Trench and Salman al-Farisi.
COMMUNICATION
Move people with one clear message — the Farewell Sermon at Arafat.
TEAMWORK
Build brotherhood, not hierarchy — the pairing of Ansar and Muhajirun.
VISION
Commit before you feel ready — the Cave of Hira and the Charter of Madinah.
SERVICE
Lead by serving first — the Prophet ﷺ who mended his own clothes.
The Leadership Journey
A flexible 8-day core, extendable to 10 days. Each day pairs a sacred site with a leadership pillar.
Arrival & Masjid an-Nabawi
Pray in the Prophet’s mosque and the Rawdah. Set your intention and ask: who am I in this place?
Roots of the First Community
Masjid Quba (the first mosque), Masjid al-Qiblatayn, Al-Baqi, and the Madinah Museum — the story of how a city became a civilization.
Brotherhood, Resilience & Provision
Jabal Uhud (leading through failure), Bi’r Ghars (the well the Prophet loved), and Salman al-Farisi’s Garden — where the Prophet helped plant palms to free Salman from slavery.
Ihram & Umrah
Enter ihram at the Miqat, travel to Makkah, and perform Umrah — Tawaf, Sa’i, and Zamzam. Who are you when every label is removed?
The Hijra Trail — Ghar Thawr
Visit the Cave of Thawr, where the Prophet ﷺ and Abu Bakr sheltered: ‘Do not grieve — indeed Allah is with us.’ Courage and trust in transition.
The First Revelation — Jabal al-Noor
Jabal al-Noor and the Cave of Hira, then the new Hira Cultural District & Revelation Gallery. What am I being called to?
The Final Message — Arafat
Stand at Arafat (Jabal al-Rahmah) and trace the Hajj rituals — the place of the Farewell Sermon, the greatest speech in history.
★ The Safari Day
Pray Dhuhr & Asr at the Holy Mosque, then journey into the Makkan desert for a sunset retreat that brings all six pillars to life.
Service in Action & Leadership Summit
A real community-service project, then the Leadership Summit where each participant drafts their personal Leadership Manifesto.
Graduation & Farewell
Final Tawaf, delivery of the Leadership Manifesto, certificate ceremony, and the Farewell Du’a. What begins now?
A Day in the Camp
Every day is built around the five prayers — and begins, before Fajr, with Tahajjud (Qiyam al-Layl).
